If you are thinking of making a booking, we recommend telephoning us, so we can discuss which of our rooms would be best for you. If you book with us directly, we can also guarantee the lowest rates and greater flexibility if you need to change your plans.
Subject to availability, single occupancy of our rooms (all of which are doubles) will be charged at £10 less than the rate for 2 people sharing, unless you are staying on a Friday or Saturday night when we do not offer single rates, or over a Bank Holiday or Goodwood Event, when a minimum stay policy applies.
Our rates start at £65 for a single occupancy in a small double in low season, please check specific rates for your chosen dates by clicking on here or the Booking tab above and selecting your chosen room and date.
DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS
If you have made a direct booking with us, either online or by telephone, your card details are held securely but payment is not taken in advance, unless it is a same-day booking. Cancellations or amendments made up to midnight 48 hrs before arrival are free. If you cancel or amend in the 2 days before arrival the first night will be due. The total value of the booking may be charged if cancellations or amendments are made with less than 24 hours notice. If you have to curtail your stay once you have checked in, then the total amount of your stay will be due.
We advise that you have holiday insurance.
Booking. com reservations. On making a reservation, you will be charged for the value of the first night's stay, which is non-refundable. The balance of the booking is due on departure. If you make a cancellation after booking, the first night will be charged as cancellation fee.
If you are booking for a Goodwood Event we always take one night as a non refundable deposit. If the booking is cancelled in the 4 weeks before arrival and we cannot rebook the room the whole amount will be due. For large bookings for Goodwood Events please contact us directly for the cancellation policy.
CHECK IN
Check in – anytime between 3pm and 7.30pm. Unlike a hotel we don’t have 24 hr check in, but we do guarantee to be here between 3pm and 7.30pm to welcome you. If you need to arrange an earlier or later check-in, please do ask us at the time of booking (we can’t always oblige but we will try!).
We are happy to keep your bags if you want to arrive early and go off and explore.
